This circular route of medium difficulty, takes place in the parish of São Bartolomeu dos Regatos, starting and ending in the Lagoa da Falca Leisure Area, better known as Lagoa das Patas. Along the route of approximately 5 kilometers, you cross several streams, dense forests of Cryptomeria, pastures and very vast endemic vegetation. The streams and waterfalls that give the trail its name originate on the eastern slope of the Serra de Santa Bárbara.
